6 Gear Motorcycle Club
By laws
1. All riders must respect 6 Gear colors.
2. All riders must attend all meetings.
3. All riders must respect the officers of the club.
4. All riders must attend all functions; car wash, BBQ, club rides, parties, etc.
5. All riders must pay club dues once a month at the club meetings.
6. All riders must respect all 6 Gear members on or off their motorcycles.
7. Any rider that’s wearing the colors and riding crazy, wild, unsafe, etc.; Will be fined
8. Anyone one who wants to join the 6 Gear Family will have
TO be on probation for 3 months.
9. THE VETO BILL: No one will enter
6 Gear without paying the entry fee and obeying the 6 Gear By Laws.
10. All prospects will buy their own vests
without color and wear them every time they ride their motorcycles while
being a Prospect.
11. If a prospect gets caught without their
Vest, they will be fined
12. All riders will ride safe and in order on
Hwy and roads when going on club
Rides, if club vests are worn.
13. If three or more 6 Gear riders are
planning a ride, all members must
wear 6 Gear vests.
14. All riders will not jank, joke or
embarrass a 6 Gear member around
any other bike clubs.
15. Remember to respect your club member
as well as the club.
16. All members will not race or call out a
club member around other bike clubs.
We will settle it in house.
17. All Gear member riders will look out
for each other at all times.
18. Sergeant @ arms will gain control of all
Meetings, he/she will start and stop all
Meetings once the ranking officers give
the okay to start and stop each meeting.
19. Treasurer will collect all funds and the
Secretary will take notes at every meeting.
20. All officers will count all funds and sign
All documents accordingly.
21. Club will vote on all issues, President
Will cast the vote last on all issues.
22. Any Gear member not attending
Meetings or paying Dues will be subject to The Veto Bill. Veto Bill is a law that anyone club member can enforce during a meeting. Only if the club is gong by the laws of the club.
23. All members are responsible for their own motorcycle.
24. All prospects can’t vote on any issues.
25. 6 Gear motorcycle club can’t grow
Because:
A.) If you don’t attend the meeting, the club can’t grow.
B.) If you don’t attend events, the club can’t grow.
C.) If you don’t attend functions, the club can’t grow.
D.) If you don’t pay your dues, the club can’t grow.
E.) When it’s time to go on a road trip or a major event,
GUESS WHAT?! YOU CAN’T GO!
F.) 6 Gear can’t afford to pay for or take care of baby sit and
and keep a person in the club if that person doesn’t attend meetings and follow 6 Gear BY LAWS.
26. If any members have a problem with any
other member let the officers know. We
will try to handle it in house.
27. The President will have the last word in
All meetings.
28. If you are unable to attend a meeting,
Call the secretary in a timely manner to in form her/him of your absence.
29. Voting a rider out causing problem. If a member is causing problem to the club and isn’t going by six gears by laws the club will vote on removing the member out of six gear. Any six gear member that doesn’t agree will have speak to the club on why they feel different. And the club will vote
30. In order to remove and replace an officers, all members must listen and vote on to why an officers need to be removed or replace, once the six gear club as voted the office out of a leadership role, six gear members will have to replace that position with another member. And the club will have to vote on the replacement
